01 · Nails

Wire nails

Wire nails are made from steel wire that is cut to length, headed and pointed. We make them in three types, from low cost mild steel nails to stainless steel nails that resist rust, to suit your needs and your deadlines.

Wire nails: types we make
Type	Details
M.S. nails	Made from mild steel wire drawn at our own plant. The lowest cost type and the most widely used.
High carbon nails	Also called high tensile nails. Premium nails made from high carbon steel wire and tested for strength and finish. Slightly costlier than M.S. nails.
Stainless steel nails	Made from stainless steel wire, so they resist rust far better than M.S. or high carbon nails. Our newest type, and the costliest.

02 · Ropes

Wire ropes

A wire rope is made by twisting steel wires into strands and then laying the strands together. We make our ropes from good quality steel wire, test them at each stage, and pack them only after they pass our checks.

Our wire ropes are known for long life, good strength and rust resistance, at competitive prices. All types are made in the sizes and quantities you need.

Wire ropes: types we make
Type	Details
Commercial	Made from mild steel wire. A low cost rope for uses where high strength is not needed.
High tensile	Made from high carbon steel wire. Good strength, and the right choice for most uses, including general and heavy engineering.
G.I.	Made from high tensile, hot dip galvanised wire. Even zinc coating, bright finish and consistent strength.
Stainless steel	Made from stainless steel wire in grades SS 304 and SS 316. Very durable.
PVC coated	Any of the ropes above with a PVC coating, in colours or clear, as you need.

Springs

We make springs from good quality steel wire drawn at our own plant. Every spring is checked before packing, and our springs are known for long working life, good strength and accuracy, at competitive prices.
